The following applies to all orders received before 5.30 pm.


All orders within the United Kingdom* will be despatched by Royal Mail, or by courier for heavier items.

We aim to ensure that all items are despatched within 48 hours and that they will be delivered within 3-5 working days. This is subject however to the vagaries of Royal Mail over whose operations we obviously have no control.

If you select our “Express” option at check out your order will be despatched by an express service, so that you will receive your item within 2 working days.

UK Surcharge Areas

Unfortunately our couriers charge a premium for delivering to the following UK areas, which requires us to add the following surcharges for non-postal (i.e. Courier) deliveries:

Please note that some larger/heavy orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland may incur an additional surcharge to those detailed above. If this is the case we will call you or email you before we proceed with your order.

From time to time items may have been excluded from your delivery as we have either had to follow the item on at a later date or refund you for the value of the item due to a stock problem. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if this is the case. Should an item have accidentally been omitted from your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will then investigate the omission and where appropriate either arrange re-delivery of the item or refund you to the value of the missing item.

In the very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will, in conjunction with Royal Mail investigate how and why the item has been lost. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods; this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting.
