Delivery
All orders within the United Kingdom will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class delivery, or by courier for heavier items.
We aim to ensure that all items are despatched within 48 hours and that they will be delivered within 3-5 working days. This is subject however to the vagaries of Royal Mail over whose operations we obviously have no control.

Mainland UK orders exceeding £30.00 in total will be despatched free of charge. The exception to this is for orders for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Offshore Islands; these will be subject to charges.
PetCrazy classifies its orders as either Light, Medium or Heavy for the purposes of shipping costs. This assessment will be made at our discretion; we will of course endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. The relevant category for shipping purposes will be displayed at the checkout page along with the relevant delivery fee.
Light Parcels: Lighter items within the United Kingdom are charged at £1.95 for delivery.
Medium Parcels: Shipping for medium parcels within the United Kingdom is charged at £4.95.
Heavy Parcels: Shipping for heavier items within the United Kingdom is charged at £10.95.
We are delighted to accept orders from overseas. We are able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Mainland Europe, the United States and Australia. Please contact us for a specific delivery quote. As with domestic deliveries we do of course endeavour to provide shipping as economically as possible.
From time to time items may have been excluded from your delivery as we have either had to follow the item on at a later date or refund you for the value of the item due to a stock problem. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if this is the case. Should an item have accidentally been omitted from your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will then investigate the omission and where appropriate either arrange re-delivery of the item or refund you to the value of the missing item.
In the very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will, in conjunction with Royal Mail investigate how and why the item has been lost. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods; this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting.
