Payment

PetCrazy.co.uk currently use SagePay, PayPal and Google Checkout in order to process payments. We use these systems to ensure 100% security for all parties involved, and no further charges are incurred for their use.

If you do not have a PayPal or Google Checkout account, you are able to pay with your debit or credit card via SagePay. Please click on the 'Pay By Card' button in the shopping basket, where you will be forwarded to the SagePay system. Here, you simply following the on screen prompts to complete your payment.


All prices remain valid at the time you place your order.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. PetCrazy are VAT registered - our VAT number is 369 7689 70. If you require a VAT receipt please contact us by email.

Upon receipt of an order we will email confirmation of the order to you. If you do not receive the email confirmation for any reason please contact our Sales Team either by phone (01902 846 472) or email sales@petcrazy.co.uk

No contract will subsist between you and PetCrazy for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until PetCrazy accepts your order by e-mail confirmation.

If your item is not in stock*, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order immediately and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait for the order to be fulfilled within 30 days.

* Certain products with options on colour may from time to time be substituted for an alternative option without any prior notice. We will always do our best to supply your choice of colour but we must stress that this is only optional and can in no way be guaranteed.
