1) We hope that you will be highly satisfied with your purchases made on the PetCrazy website. If however you are not, for any reason, we accept returns (assuming the items are in the saleable condition in which they were despatched) within 14 days of your receipt of written confirmation of your order from PetCrazy.

2) If you wish to claim a refund please return the item, enclosing a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address above. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you the full price of the item and the cost of its original delivery although you will bear the cost of returning the item to us. We will endeavour to process your refund within 7 days but will always ensure we do so within 30 days.

3) For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
 
4) Should any item be returned to us in a condition which we deem has been damaged by your pet we will be unable to accept your request to cancel unless the item is faulty. 

5) If any item is returned to us for any other reason than faulty, we will charge a restocking fee. For items under £30.00 the postage cost will act as the restocking fee. For items over £30.00 a standard restocking fee of £10.00 will be applicable.

6) If any item(s) of your order are damaged or not the item ordered, you should inform PetCrazy within 24hrs via phone or email. Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned to us by the cheapest means possible. We will ask you return the item to us by recorded delivery in the post, enclosing within the package a copy of the receipt given by the post office. We will refund you for the item, its original postage and your costs reasonably incurred in returning the item to us.  
 
7) We will be unable to accept the return of any items not damaged or incorrect within the same package unless the returns policy set out at paras 1-4 above. 

8) This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item you may do so however you will bear the cost of returning original items to us. You will also be liable for the costs of despatching the item to you.
